Recipe 3: Chocolate Mug Cake
I made this dish last night as a quick snack. Though I don't really trust microwave mug dishes but I tried this one and it worked really well and I got exactly what I had hoped for.The author of the recipe i checked had put a special warning to not use this recipe on anything but a microwave. The recipe may vary with each microwave too.

Ingredients:-
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoon granulated sugar (you can add more as 3 tbsp was also a little less for me.)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (I did not put this ingredient)
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. milk
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- mini chocolate chips (About 1 tbsp)

Steps to follow:-
- In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
- Whisk in the milk and vegetable oil until all ingredients are combined and batter has no clumps.
- Pour batter into a microwave-safe mug. The original author used a 14 ounce mug which filled my cup half. leave about 1/4th of the cup empty to allow the cake to rise.
- Add mini chocolate chips. Just drop it in the middle.
- Microwave mug cake for 70 seconds on high. The time varies with the consistency you expect. I wanted a little spongy cake and thus cooked it for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove from microwave. It will be hot.
